Curveball (2024) directed by Zhanna Snyder, is about a teenage boy by the name of Eddy Alden who struggles to enjoy his love for baseball amidst the Vietnam War draft. Eddy's pro-war father Tony, and his new beloved new friend Mr. Don, push Eddy to grow in two opposite ways. 

Curveball is inspired by the true story of David Snyder, who grew up playing baseball, tried out for the NY Mets, and burned his Vietnam War draft card in an anti-war protest in Buffalo, NY. 

Curveball is a heartfelt story about friendship, family, and being your own person.
